About

Code of conduct

These rules govern AeroXpert Consulting. They sit under the Group standard: precision and accountability on high-stakes aviation work, with each company responsible for its own mandate.

Client orientation

The service is built around the organisation, not a standard package.

Quality

The aim is to do more than meet a checklist. Hard questions are addressed in the open.

Leadership

Responsibility is handed over, not only tasks. Decisions are stood by, and agreements are kept.

Communication

Goals are explained. Information is shared quickly, clearly, and only as far as the work requires.

Courage

Mistakes are a way to improve the plan, not a reason to assign blame. That is also how accident investigation treats error. Consulting uses the lesson. It does not replace the investigator.

Collaboration

Work is fair, open and respectful.

Separation of mandates

AeroXpert Consulting does not issue the expert opinion on an event it has been engaged to manage. That opinion, when it is required, is an AeroXpert Investigations mandate: objective, independent and international.
