AeroXpert Consulting

Questions and answers

The practice

What is AeroXpert Consulting?

AeroXpert Consulting is the crisis, emergency and safety advisory company of AeroXpert Group. The practice is approved by the Austrian Chamber of Commerce as a business consultant for safety and risk management, with offices in Schwanenstadt and Vienna.

Who leads the company?

Dr. Thomas M. Friesacher, MSc, founder of AeroXpert Group, leads this company. The standard for an assignment is a safety mindset, intercultural competence, and long experience in aviation and safety management. Precision, speed, and strict confidentiality are part of the engagement.

How is consulting different from an investigation?

Preparing an organisation for a crisis is the work of this company. Understanding an accident, or giving an opinion a court can use, is a different conversation, with AeroXpert Investigations. Showing what happened, so others can see it, is AeroXpert Visuals. The companies sit together in AeroXpert Group, and each one answers for its own work. AeroXpert Consulting does not write the expert report on a matter it has been engaged to manage, and AeroXpert Investigations does not sell the crisis programme.

The work

What does an engagement cover?

Written plans, trained teams, and continuity arrangements that still function when normal management does not. The service is built around how the organisation actually runs. Responsibility is handed to named people, goals are explained, and information is shared only as far as the work requires.

Which services are on this site?

Emergency and alarm plans, emergency and crisis management, emergency and crisis preparation, safety management, and business continuity.

Which industries does consulting work with?

Aviation, marine, rail and ropeway, ground transportation, hospitality, public institutions, universities and schools, raw materials, insurance, and other industries. The industry list can still change once the final set is confirmed.

How an engagement works

What happens before an event?

Training and risk analysis come before any binder. The aim is to stop the accident that preparation can still prevent. Leadership then gets a guide written for this organisation: who decides, who speaks, and how the company meets rescue services.

What happens during an event?

During the event the engagement stays with leadership and the press officers. Facts move quickly, and only as far as the work needs.

What happens afterwards?

What the exercise or the event exposed is written back into the plan. A mistake is kept as a correction, not turned into blame.

How to engage

How do I ask for advice?

Use the contact form on this website. Describe the organisation and what you need prepared. AeroXpert Consulting confirms the scope before the work starts.

Is this an emergency investigation service?

No. Emergency support for an accident investigation sits with AeroXpert Investigations. This company prepares and guides the organisation through a crisis.
